Nice Dr. He thoroughly explained what he thought the issue was and how he would proceed to treat it. I thought he listened well and was interested in ...my well-being. It was also very easy to make an appointment. This was just my first appointment, but so far so good. And even after just one appointment and a few rounds of stretching exercises, my back feels much better! Show more

As always, Dr. Southwell is comprehensive and focused on true preventive medicine. That makes him truly unique, and I know that since my family is ful...l of specialist physicians. He is adamant about enabling his patients to reduce their pain, improve their mobility, and prevent further injuries so they’ll eventually need no longer need to return to him for further care…unless of course, like me, they fully recover under his care only to NOT continue doing their prescribed stretches and exercises at home!!! Dr. Southwell is a rockstar, and even my wife and son are seeing him due to back pain. Show more

Not only are the adjustments effective, he's great about giving me exercises to help strengthen the muscles to keep things in a...lignment, which in turn help with my flexibility and mobility. I was referred to Dr. Southwell to treat chronic head and neck pain. I have seen many chiropractors over the past 20+ years and Dr. Southwell is the b...est I've ever been treated by. He takes the time to truly understand what's happening with your body's alignment and where your issues originate from.
