Dear Customer, I appreciate you taking the time to leave a review of your experience even though you state it is not a pleasant one. To be fair I want to give context and clarify a few things. 1. When you came to me you shared that you had been to another Braider who pulled all your hair out. I noticed your damaged, thin and balding scalp but still decided to do you hair with care anyway. 2. I am not just a Braider, I also specialize in hair care and braided your hair accordingly. I gave you medium sized parts in order to not stress your already stressed hair. (Smaller braids and parts would have pulled on the strands of your hair, pulling them out of your scalp.) 3. Since you complained about your hair, we agreed that you would come the next day for a solution to your discontentment. I was at my shop at noon as we agreed and waited 30 minutes and you never showed up. Finally, I take pride in my work and I care deeply about my customers. I have a great reputation and only want to continue enhancing my business to benefit my customers. I am a single mom who is an entrepreneur and I work very hard. It’s unfortunate that you would warn people to "Run". I am content that I did the best I could with your request and scalp condition. I wish you all the best.
