I thought I was seeing Dr Tawfeek. But some other Dr took care of me today. She never introduced herself, I dont know her name. But at one point I put... in a new contact that was blurry. She asked me to take it out and give it to her. She didn't wash her hands and didn't put gloves on. After she had been typing! I was in such shock from this. She took my contact rinsed it off flipped it around and gave it back to me telling me to put it back in my eye. I can't even believe that I did that. Utterly shocking and so incredibly unprofessional. I'm so disappointed. I drive 45 minutes from home because Dr Tawfeek has taken such good care of me. Only to find that my appointment was not with Dr Tawfeek, but I had taken the time off work so I proceeded with this appointment today.
