Thoughts on service, unprofessional. Thought on atmosphere was good. Thought on staff unprofessional, as a first-time client I was not greeted when I ...walked in the stylist who did my hair unfortunately I don't know her name I showed a picture for stitch freestyle braids it was close enough to the picture it could have been better but okay. And to be clear I have no problem if I show a stylist a picture it is okay if you cannot perform that style just say it and then we can move on to something that works for both of us. I can tell she was no she didn't have any hair products as she walked around to other stations for moves oil etc and using the products very sparingly on my hair my style was $125 which it does NOT include a wash if you want a wash it is additional $35. My stylist did not put a apron around me until she dipped my hair in water so at the last stage of my style. At the end of my service another stylist walks over again I don't know her name and ask that I pay and cash or zell I was totally confused because I booked on book ski and I already placed my card up for payment and I explained that to her and she said oh no I said well okay at the end of the day I gave her $125 cash and walked out feeling totally unhappy it wasn't a good experience and I would not be returning and side note I felt sorry for the lady sitting next to me The stylist that was twisting her hair she had to remind her about her parts were crooked and her twist were loose and it wasn't long enough several times it didn't help with her answering her cell phone being the receptionist and explaining to individuals over the phone fees the process and other questions that callers had and make an appointment via phone so actually what was the use of me booking on booksy? if you're spending all your time booking the clients on the phone. See how well that last before they overlap and booking and get a really upset client and go live. I will not be returning I say don't go if you do just keep these different situations in mind.
