Shanon is a true professional who goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I purchased wet and wavy hair for a weave, but when Shanon f...inished, I wasn't happy with how tight the curl pattern was. I asked her if she could straighten it for me, and she did so without any fuss or hesitation. She also crimped the hair to give me the look I desired.
