Kate is truly gifted in her abilities to connect with her clients and create a space for true transformation. I love how she is able to hold space in... the moment and knows exactly what I needed in the moment....I didn't even know I needed what she was able to provide me in my session. I had a transformational meditation moment with Kate guiding me. I learned new tools and techniques to empower my success with self, clients, family and friends. Thank you Kate!

Kate is a wonderfully kind, compassionate, and understanding healer! She is very professional and the work she does is life-changing! I received her h...olistic empowerment & energy healing session, where she made me feel comfortable and has earned my trust by supporting me in my process of uplifting transformation (especially with listening to my inner voice and experiencing freedom in my self-expression). I highly recommend Kate to anyone interested in evolving and empowering themselves!

Kate is amazing and always knows the right thing to say. She listens intently and gives positive feedback. She consistently gives me tools to work on ...and aids in my growth and development as a person and with my relationships with others. She is without a doubt someone that I can really open up to and speak my truth and look to her for guidance in every aspect of my life.

I've attended two of Kate's workshops, plus a 1:1 holistic session. In each of the workshops, I was pleased that the exercises led me through a proces...s to access insights I wouldn't have otherwise been able to find. My style is a bit at odds with Kate's... I am very much driven & action-oriented, and much of Kate's teachings are about embracing where you are and acknowledging "it's enough"... that perspective is helpful to have as a counterpoint.

I found Kate thru 2 Holistic Workshop classes that have taught me so much about my relationship with myself and others. She is very intuitive, underst...anding, and passionate about her love for a purposeful joyful life. She is instrumental at guiding you on how to actually get there. The energy session was nothing short of amazing and helped me clear out so much. So grateful to have found her. Thank you!

Discovering Evolve & Empower’s Kate has been an incredible gift to myself. Kate is a supportive, empathic, active listener. Her communication style is... spot on to help me achieve my goals and create healthier, happier relationships which includes my most important relationship with myself!! Kate is very mindful to make sure each session is for my best and highest good. As a recovering co-dependent, Kate works with me to break this cycle. I highly recommend evolve & empower’s Kate
