When I had my initial visit and evaluation, Dr. Al explained that his formula for optimal health is a common sense approach of supplements to repair m...y problem areas combined with a sensible diet and exercise routine. He stressed that if it's not easy and fun, I won't follow it and will not be successful. I am so excited to start feeling good again and get my mojo back! Thanks Dr. Al!

So for 2 years I had a crazy stomach issue. Had every procedure to see what was wrong and several of them twice. Could not find anything. I would have... two good days then a few very bad days and this cycle was continuous. Regular doctors did typical take omeprazole in large doses and see how it goes. No thanks..!! A friend of mine referred me to Dr Al. The education and guidance was amazing. I am now on 4 straight months of no issues and feeling tremendous. Best decision! Life changing for sure.

Are you like me and love to eat? Especially during the pandemic. Feeling down, sluggish and overweight? Dr AL has helped me with all of this. He expla...ins many different foods and the effects they have on the body and the brain. Not only will you become educated, but I'm amazed Dr AL, after many years, continues to educate himself. He is easy to talk to, kind and Compassionate. Worth every penny.

Started on his system about a month ago . I have increased energy, losing weight, fat, and sleeping better. Dr AL is a true professional. 1 month ag...o I had a body of a 65 year old now im a 42 year old :) I want to get down to the body of a 25 year old I will get to that goal with Dr. Als program . Will work hard to reach my goals and make better decisions on the food I put into my body.

I have to say how much I appreciate Dr Al for his insight and vast knowledge about health and wellness. I am still learning more from each visit. But... the most amazing thing is how good I feel. I use half the allergy medication than I did before so much more.
