Unfortunately I tried to delete my previous review and the app would not let me. I took a shower and looked in the mirror and it was not bad at all. I... was just having a bad day unfortunately. Matt consulted with me and made sure to give me the satisfaction I wanted. Matt had given me the perfect crisp cut. He had still taken me in on my appointment even though I was unfortunately late.
