I absolutely loooooove my hair. Mika did her thang with this retwist! She washed my locs and made sure to take her time to make sure they were clean a...nd fresh. The tea tree conditioner she used was the truth! And my parts are crispy! And even tho she works from home she made sure I was comfortable and had the closest thing to a salon experience. Worst so experience I ever had with getting my hair retwisted,she didn’t know what she was doing & had zero respect or care for my hair,,if you want y...our locs ruined go to her,,after numerous attempts to get my style right..she got frustrated & started to braid my hair as tight as she could..long story Shìt just pay a good price & get good service,,this girl don’t have a clue about locs I just left her 30 mins ago,,look at this BS she just threw in my head out of frustration & lack of talent,,drove a hour to her,got a sore head & out it money dealing with her Show more

Hello, I am very sorry if you weren’t satisfied with your service. Although your review is not 100% true I would like to resolve the issues you have. I did what was requested for me to do. Which was a retwist with a barrell roll style. During your entire service I ensured your comfortably and that I was not too rough with your hair. You assured me everything was fine. After I completed the first style you said that it was “hard” you just wanted the back let down because you thought it would be too uncomfortable. After I did that you asked for barrell rolls in a different direction which I then did again. Also you said you didn’t want any of your rolls combined. I totally apologize if you’re dissatisfied with your service I will make sure to learn from this experience the next time. Thank you ....
