So I'm not here to hurt anybody's business (that's why she's getting 5 stars) however, I had a confirmed appt (got the receipts to prove it) that was ...booked 11/12 and I get to the shop and it was closed. I didn't get notice of this and I didn't see on IG that the shop was closed or that she was closed today but I reached out via text, called left a VM and dm'd her on IG and STILL didn't get a message back to lmk that she wasn't available today. Now if she forgot about me, just lmk hit me back up. It's still her responsibility to keep up with appointments. Again, she does wonderful work and is great at what she does, but after I've waited all day to hear back from her, I doubt I'll book her again. Show more

I apologize you weren’t happy with my prices & explanation of services. You specifically booked a manbun category service knowing you have a full head amount of hair. Your bun ended in the back of your neck, which is another way you can determine what category the amount of hair you will land on to book correctly. I explained the difference of my categories as how this app does as well. You scheduled for 2 braids and I recommended you get 4 braids, you agreed and I didn’t charge you for the extra 2 braids. You had a huge smile when you saw your braids when I finished and stated you were very happy with the braids. Again i apologies you felt your misunderstanding or you not getting manbun prices while having fullhead amount of hair, made you give my services a 1 Star.
