Sorry for your bad experience today with me, To begin with I wasn’t late to the appointment. 2 of my clients came late so I was off schedule by 20 min so I had to push back your appointment by 20min. Yes I was on my phone but to only to check time to see if I have to push back my next client due to being 20 min behind. And for the patchy fade in the back of the head it wasn’t patchy you specifically asked for a low fade and I kept it dark in the back of the head but then I come to realize you wanted a mid fade which is a completely different haircut. Once again I completely understand your frustration with your experience. In the future I will do better for my clients.
