If you are in need of a no fuse nor frills bike fit, Craig at Performance Labs in Mill Valley is your man. Craig is friendly, easy to talk to but quic...k to notice problem areas, he offered helpful solutions & gave the logic behind these solutions to help me make the changes stick. Between the intense neck pain, numb hands & hot spots in both my feet on longer rides, I was pretty desperate.
