I’m glad everyone else could get an appointment. I wasn’t going to leave a review, but why offer to make up for your mistakes and never reply. She fir...st texts me using her kids as an excuse for not being at her location on time after I called multiple times to confirm the appointment. She sent me a text instead of calling back saying she doesn’t know where to keep her kids so I told her to bring them I don’t mind just come do my hair. She says ok then takes an hour to come which I could not stay anymore ,I had another appointment planned after her so I had to leave then she offered to come to me over text so I gave her times to let me know if that works for her and she never replied after that . If you want a professional hair dresser that cares about their new customers , do not book an appointment with this women. Show more
