“Luxury” Cluster Lashes

I went to Ms. Edkeira for the needle free lip filler procedure and I deeply regret it. The initial results were subtle but still cute.. by the time I ...made it home, my lips were right back to how they started before the procedure. When showing and telling her about it, I was met with excuses as to why(the reason kept changing), no resolution, and her feeling offended that I was being honest about the fact that the procedure was a complete waste of my money. While her brow work looks beautiful (from photos I’ve seen) I would not recommend anyone to get their lips done by her. She was very sweet until I presented this issue to her. I’ve never had an experience like this and I genuinely hope I never do again. She is still texting my phone about how she doesn’t care to correct the issue because I left an honest review. I seriously wouldn’t recommend her to anyone. It’s been days of her acting as if she wants to fix the situation and then getting upset because she’s contradicting herself. Please know that if you’re unhappy with your results, she will become upset. Definitely bad business. Show more

We are sorry about your experience with your lip fillers but as explained there are many reasons why your lips might not have retained the filler after the service was done. The service was rendered and you left loving your newly filled lips. You wanted and expected me to do another round of filler for free after your lips didnt hold the initial 1ml, which I advised wasn’t a good idea for the look you wanted. Needleless fillers are meant to be subtle, especially after your first round. We always try to find a happy medium to ensure our customers satisfaction, but we also do understand as a business, sometimes we must stand by our policies. We appreciate your business.

They experience was ok. She was nice. The service didn’t start at the scheduled time.. maybe 15-25 minutes, seemed a little rushed to fit next client.... I personally didn’t like that a good amount of the products and tools seemed like personal products and were in a not very clean zip lock bag. I don’t think the final results matched the inspo but I left with it anyways because it looked nice but once outside looked a bit harsh and I toned down a bit. Show more
