My lashes came off the next day and so did my brows. My face was also nicked, but at first I couldn't tell because it was covered with a lot of conce...aler and makeup. The woman was kind, and I wish I was able to give a more positive review. I do not want or need a refund. I told you I use glycolic acid on my face to help with breakout before you began waxing. I do not want or need a refund I was originally satisfied because your mistake had been covered up with lots of concealer. I believe that my cluster lashes came off because the kind of bond and seal you use. The bond and seal I use usually last at least a week. Show more

I didn’t know you had such a poor experience since the appointment. You left saying how much you LOVED your brows and lashes. I explained to you because of your over usage of glycolic acid, the soft wax irritated your skin, explaining to you to use vitamin E oil on that part of the skin, which you acknowledged. I then changed to hard wax so it didn’t continue to happen. One thing about my clients, no one leaves displeased, as you are the only one with a negative report. I explain everything thoroughly. What happened from then to now, I don’t know but it’s never a reason why you could not reach out to me before requesting a refund. If it’s a money problem, say that, but don’t make it seem as though services weren’t rendered. Secondly, you explained via text message, your lashes and tinted brows came off after you showered, in which you were not suppose to wet the area. Again, not my fault. From the first picture, after you wash your face, which revealed the skin lifted from the wax, clearly you washed your face, yet tint is still there. Second pic, nothing is there at all, meaning you then scrubbed off both the tint and lashes. It’s quite evident you go around booking appointments, getting services, and requesting refunds. But that’s not how it works here. Be blesssed.
