Asked for a 90s blow out and she didn’t give me what I wanted I didn’t want hot tools yet she used them anyways and charged me for it and then pressed... me about the payment, left with my hair looking horrible

Fiona asked me to send a picture of my hair b...efore I arrived so that she could see what color and lenth of my hair. I'm very pleased with the color and cut. I've ever received compliments on my hairstyle now. I definitely consider Fiona my new hairdresser now.
