Eloisa does my lashes and I’m no girly girl so I never know what to get but with her expertise she examines my style, face and ...eye shape and does her thing every single time!! She’s flexible with time and the studio set up is so beautiful, clean and comforting. I highly recommend PEA Studio’s and Eloisa.

If I could give a 0 out of 5 I would. Initially made my daughter’s appt on Booksy showing that their office location was 13 min away…it was not. It wa...s 30 min away. Left my house 20 min prior and when I realized it was 30 min away I called to let them know the situation. No one pick up so I left a vm. When I was five min away I called again. The appt was at 3:00 and I called again at around 3:10 to ensure they know the situation but again no one answered so I left an vm. The address they had listed took me to the boonies of Helotes(I’m new here) so I allowed precise location on Booksy and it took me to another location 10 min down the road; we hit traffic. Now it 3:20 so I had my daughter look them up on insta and she message the office but bc they didn’t follow her she was only allowed to leave one message. I went back to the boonies and still couldn’t locate this office. I pulled over and I messaged the office through insta and I was only able to leave one message. Both my daughter and I did not receive a response so I downloaded Google maps and it led me to the initial address, but it was all the way in the back on a side street when we parked, we looked around and the suite they indicated was not the correct one and had to ask Around by the office name, their office did not have their name listed. When I spoke to the owner, she basically told us that Gabriella must’ve not received the Booksy appointment booking. I told her due to this I didn’t believe it was my fault that I should be charged for a cancellation fee. She assured me I would not but no remedy besides her phone number when I told her that this was the number I had tried to call and left voicemails. She simply apologize with no alternatives to Gabriella‘s phone number. Very unprofessional and this lack of responsibility ruin my daughter’s birthday gift surprise. Smh. We ended up going to La Madame nail salon where thank god they took walk ins. Literally had to drive about 1.:20 min to end up right back where we started. Horrible service and accountability. 😒

I am very sorry about for the miss communication on our location I can re assure you that it has been updated with google maps and Booksy so I'm not sure why you encountered this , I do truly apologize for this inconvenience we would love the opportunity to make up and have u really experience what our salon has to offer we would gladly like to redo your daughters nails at no cost again my apologies
