I booked a appointment for today but i had a doctor's appointment Tuesday and they gave me a covid test. I was told to quarantine for five days. I se...nt brandy a message on snap chat to let her know what was going on. She told me my money that i paid was non refundable. I couldnt help that they have me quarantined for five days. $63 is alot to give a person. I told her that i like her but not enough to just give her my money. I wasnt gonna just go in there and not tell her what was going on. Show more

You didn’t book a appointment today it was booked last week and you did cancel until the day of you leaving me a bad review doesn’t hurt me business is BUSINESS LIKE I SAID!! And my true clients know this. You are a customer it’s a BIG difference! And please let the people know that you book appointment on the regular and cancel the day off you been doing it for years your one of the reasons I started using this app to prevent things like this from happening.
