A very rough cut , missed hair and I have had to find another hair dresser to tidy it up. They then moved a second appointment (twice I was advised bu...t last time it was just automated message and no call). I have finally given up and cancelled the return visit when I was going to ask for the bad cut to be sorted. An aesthetically pleasing salon but my service was poor. Show more
