Asked for a half inch off the top and just went ahead and cut everything off. Had about 5in and left with 1.5in on top

I apologize for the misunderstanding but with all due respect, you didn’t have 5 inches of hair and the top of your hair was VERY uneven. The barbers here agree as well. I couldn’t take just half an inch. I took off an inch at most and I still have your hair here on the floor if you’d like to come take a look. but again, I apologize for the misunderstanding and if you would have said something when I asked if you liked it, I would have explained it to you so we didn’t have this issue. Hope you have a better day.
