We had an appointment time of 11:30 got there 15 mins early only to see someone there an we didnt get seen until 1 hour and 17 mins later. Thats a no ...go for sure but the work was amazing. She did a excellent job woth the braids but if we can get the time right that would be amazing. Then i had to pay full price and left a tip still yet I dont get my time back. Had i had my time I would have tipped more. I dont know what she charged me for if the braids were only $65 Show more

She waited until 10:50 pm the night before to change my appointment the next morning. Then changed it again 40 minutes before. Then 15 minutes later t...ried to change it again through text saying on a Sunday morning, she didn’t feel well, and asked could I come in later. Which I thought was odd. I could not make this new time and tried to reschedule and she ended up eventually not replying when trying work out a new time. I used her once before and she moved my appt around last time some and made me late to an event but when I inquired about some of the bad reviews while with her , she blamed it on customers so I thought booking again would be fine. But definitely more so an extreme lack of professionalism, accountability and respect for others time on her part. Show more

Braids are crips but too tight. I have some wrinkles in my scalp. I washed and blow dried my hair before I came. She asked another stylist next to her... to blow dry my hair more while she finished another person’s braids when I was supposed to be started. After I go to the front to pay they sneakily adds $20 charge for blow drying when I didn’t ask for it. In addition the price was $10 more than her booking said. So I paid $85 when I booked it was supposed to be $55. I’m a principle person. That’s bad form I won’t return. I hope the extra cost was worth loosing future business. Show more

I’m so disappointed and if I could give her a 0 I would. These are 2 day old braids and he’s being wearing a durag. Not only did she start the appoint...ment 1.5 hours late (which is insane on its own, but stuff happens) it’s been 2 days and his braids are coming out. My boyfriend was a regular customer of hers and this is his first time back since he cut his hair. Unprofessional and a waist of money. She definitely just lost a regular client.
