I rarely leave negative reviews; however, the lack of communication during my visit was disappointing. I scheduled and prepaid for a 1:00 PM appointme...nt, including a tip. The barber contacted me to request a reschedule to 1:45 PM, which I willingly accepted. I arrived promptly at 1:44 PM, but the barber was not present. I waited approximately 25–30 minutes before he arrived, and unfortunately, there was no acknowledgment or apology for the delay, even after I explained that it would cause me to run late for my next commitment. I completely understand that things happen, but professionalism and communication are essential in any service-based business. If a client were 30 minutes late, the appointment would likely be canceled, and a no-show fee applied. It’s only fair that the same respect for time applies both ways. Ultimately, I would have appreciated better communication and acknowledgment of the inconvenience. Show more
