Hello, I want to give you direct feedback about my appointment today. I asked specifically to only line the back of the ear area and to not push my ha...irline back, I even said “don’t make it look like George Jefferson.” You told me you didn’t do that, then repeatedly convinced me to take the enhancement and pushed the line back anyway. The stylist rushed the cut, only did a basic lining and taper, and did not properly line one side; my brother’s cut also came out poorly. I paid in full but left disappointed. I’m sharing this so you can take it as a teachable moment: listen to clients’ requests, don’t pressure them into add-ons, slow down and check both sides with a mirror. I’d appreciate a response, and consideration for a partial refund or a free fix would be reasonable. Show more
