Miscommunication on my hair. I ended up with highlights that I didn't want, but it did come out beautiful. However, all the hairbrushes had other peop...le's hair caked into it, and they were not clean, and she was using them on her customers! That is a health hazard. There were dirty towels everywhere. I didn't feel this was a clean experience. I got there at 1pm and I didn't leave until 5pm. She is a great stylist, but hygiene and communication scored very low for me. Show more

I’m so sorry but you I was going to give you the color you asked for but you told me that you liked that color when I bleached you with bleach and I asked you if you wanted it and you said yes and I left it to you I told you whenever you want you can come back and put the color you wanted.
