Please make sure you clearly confirm that the hairstyle you want can realistically be achieved with the hair you purchase. Without professional guidan...ce upfront, you may receive the service requested while later being told the finished result won’t resemble the reference photo. I was very communicative about the hair I planned to use and the exact look I wanted. At that point, professional guidance should have been provided if the style could not be accomplished with that hair type. That clarity did not happen. This experience was especially disappointing because the hairstyle was for my mother’s birthday. I paid $250 for the service and received a $50 refund. The style was later described as a crochet style, despite me clearly stating that I wanted the look achieved using braids. If that was not possible, it should have been communicated before accepting my time and payment. Below are photos of the requested reference style versus the completed style, so other clients can clearly see the difference. For other clients, the takeaway is to confirm technique, hair compatibility, and expected outcome in advance. Clear communication and professional transparency matter.

I again hate the final outcome was not to your satisfaction, however, as we had discussed prior to the service the reference photo provided was a crochet style. I even referenced the photo again with your mom and again informed her that the reference photo was a crochet style but the boho and length would not be a problem to achieve, and by my account the boho knotless bob length was achieved beautifully. I regret that we weren’t able to come to a resolution but I felt that the $50 refund was beyond fair as my time is valuable. Again I hate that you all were not happy with your outcome and as for my professional advice it would be for you to do better research on the style you request and provide a reference photo that is of the style you are requesting. Also the crochet maybe would be a better fit as you can add or omit as many braids as you want to get to fullness you desire (qvr.com has boho crochet braids with human hair that I recommend). Again I wish you all happy holidays.
