Overall, I had a positive experience. The chiropractor was knowledgeable and helped address some displacement issues I was having. He explained the to...ols and techniques he used to relax my muscles, which I appreciated. The adjustment itself was effective — I was a little sore the next day, but my follow-up visit felt much better and helped significantly. One area that could be improved is the overall patient experience. There was no receptionist, and the massage table appeared older and could likely use an upgrade to enhance comfort and presentation. I also would have appreciated more opportunity for discussion and feedback. For example, I mentioned that I recently purchased a new pillow, but there weren’t any follow-up or probing questions about its structure or how I was sleeping, which could have allowed for more personalized guidance on improving my sleep posture and overall results. Overall, the adjustment itself was beneficial, but enhancing the environment and patient engagement would elevate the experience.
