I'm a 48 year old male and I have been dealing with neck and shoulder pain for 10+ years stemming from a fall. 3 surgeries and countless Dr visits la...ter I've had little relief. But after one 30 minute session I feel as good as I've felt in 10 years and I definitely have more range of motion and mobility. I've tried physical therapy, chiropractors, orthopedic Drs, neurologist, and acupuncture and nothing has given me relief until today. I'm only one day out but I can move again. I'm going back next week as well. I highly recommend especially if you are considering surgery. I wish I had gone years ago.
