The staff was very welcoming and friendly. My hair is baby fine and thin in places and needs much cultivating and conditioning. Kerm took time and p...atience to give me a good cut. We both agreed to start from the back foward. When I got home and was able to carefully examine how thin my hair was in places, I was shocked.😲 I then decided that I would start brushing from back to front. I feel this will work better for now. Thanks Kerm for getting me back on track to taking better care of my hair. However, as I mentioned to you I am not quite ready to toss my wigs.🤣🤣 I will return in the future for further maintenance. 😊 Thanks again for your gentle assistance in helping me up after my fall. 🫢😊 Barbara Show more
