It started out as great l was referred by a friend and chose this place because it advertised as a 55 minute job for a partial tent, which is what I ...need. My appointment was for 1 PM and I arrived pretty early about 1230. The person doing my tent came to drive my car to the back around 1255, which is OK because I was early so I didn't expect them to start my tent super early around 2:07 PM. I went up to speak to the secretary to ask what was the status of my tent job and wanted to reconfirm that this was a 55 minute job the secretary told me that they had to redo my passenger side door because there was some lint on the tent Film. And the technician should be finished in about 15 to 20 minutes. I said OK but of course I was a little annoyed because I had somewhere to be and I booked this appointment specifically because it was only gonna take 55 minutes so now I know I'm going to be rushing to my next appointment. My vehicle was finished around 2:30 PM and the secretary came out and said your car is ready. I paid for my service and went out to my car and started to drive as soon as I got out of the parking lot I immediately heard some sound such as something rolling around on the side of my door. Now this is a brand new vehicle it was only two weeks old so I knew there couldn't be anything wrong with the vehicle itself, but I immediately pulled over and put my hand on the side of the door and noticed a screw. I'm like oh my goodness where did this screw come from and I'm thinking did they have to remove the door panel to put the tents in so I immediately called the secretary answered and I explained that I found a screw on my side door. They asked if I could come back right away so they could take a look. I was already on my way to my appointment, but was told to come back after my appointment completed and I took a picture and sent the picture of the screw to them I was able to come back around 4 PM and the technician looked at the screw and started filling all the door panel and then he realized that he missed putting this screw back into my door. He apologized and said he was rushing and he missed a screw . This was my first experience at this facility the technician he did apologize and then he gave me a 10% referral card for my next visit which doesn't do any good because I've never gotten intense where I needed to get them done again so that 10% is null and void to me because I'm not gonna come back but anyways that is my review
