Long-time customer at MGO. I was scheduled for the first appt of the day right after a snowstorm. The doctor called me hours in advance to warn me the...y were dealing with a frozen security gate lock & gave me the option of rescheduling my appt rather than deal with uncertainty. In the end, it all worked out - the lock opened, the trains were running - but I sure appreciated the proactive communication. And as usual, Dr. Chin gave a thorough eye exam & tweaked my Rx for precision and comfort. Show more

People were very nice and patient. The man who took my info explained what my insurance covered. The Dr. thoroughly explained the process, detailed di...fferent scenarios and options for me. The man who helped pick out my frames was very patient and gave really good suggestions. They gave me the knowledge to make a well informed decision on the type and style of corrective lenses that was best suited for me. They also had a... selection of Swissflex eyewear I was interested in. Tzefung was the salesperson who assisted me. Very friendly, professional, and helpful. He helped me pick a lens size and frame color. Also assisted me with optional coatings for my lenses. He was able to provide me with a discount also. Show more

I had scheduled and eye exam online an...d had arrived early and they were able to accommodate me even on a busy Saturday afternoon.
