The services were fine. But, the atmosphere was odd- the TVs were silently playing (with closed captions) a southeast Asian romantic comedy movie that... spent much of the storyline of mixed up embryos about abortion. The other tv played the a brash and antiquated “comedic” movie, I now pronounce you Chuck and Larry, that is out of date and offensive. Show more

I made an appointment with Pinklicious for a gel mani over Booksy for 6:15 pm. However when I arrived at about 6:05 (with bare nails - no polish to re...move) the person at the counter bluntly told me "no we can't take you," and made no offer to reschedule the service, to compensate for the inconvenience, or to apologize. I showed her my confirmation email on my phone and she said "our last service is at 5," without any additional explanation. Meanwhile, Booksy listed appointments at 6 and 6:15 and the salon closes at 7. I was pretty astonished at how casually and rudely I was treated. Show more
