  5. First let me start by saying this is not meant to be a negative review of this establisment. I know the founders of this business and they are great people. This review is specific to tgis one situation. Overall the haircut is decent. Not bad but not the kind thats gonna get compliments. My main complaint on how he handled my beard. I have worked long and hard to grow it to a certain shape and length. I explained how I wanted him to even up the the sides while maintaing the shape of the beard. He said he understood. I also expressed that I wanted to keep the length at the bottom and the fullness. He FUCKIN CHOPPED IT OFF! Then when I casually brought it up, he had the audacity to play it off like I didnt know what the hell I wanted. He explained that it would be better than it was. SMH. Listen, I didnt say anything at the time becuase I didnt know how to react in an appropriate manner. I tipped 30% and paid for some shit that ruined my day. I will go back to the establishment but a word for the future. If there is a disconnect with the customer on what they want and what YOU think they want do these two things: 1. ask questions and verify 2. When you mess up dont blow smoke up there ass!
