I gave her a photo and video of what updo I wanted done. She said she could do it and booked the appointment. Then, during the appointment, I patientl...y had to explain to her how to do the style, and she proceeded. I slso said i could do this style myself but wanted it professionally done so it stayed and looked nicer. The 1st try it was a complete mess, and I patiently explained what i desired again. She attempted a 2nd time, and it was still a mess. Thec3rd time looked good until i arrived home, not even 30 minutes later, and it was already falling. When I texted her to tell her what happened, she told me to do her job and just pin it back up. I tried to adjust it, and it only made it worse. I had to redo my hair myself. $75 with a tip of $25, you would think the job would have been done correctly, but no. So very disappointing and I would suggest to stay far away from her as she will make promises she can not keep. Show more
