Had two appointments booked on March 14th at 4:00pm for a kids retwist and another retwist and style with a Brittany and Chakory. Our service did not ...start until exactly 4:47pm when Brittany finally arrived late. Chakory was already servicing another client so I wasn’t sure why her availability was open then. A man, not sure of his name, after he was done with his client called me in to start on my hair around 4:58pm. Though he was not able to complete my style to the look I asked for, I appreciate him for getting me in. As for my time being completely wasted and having to sit past my appointment time is beyond ridiculous. Show more

She was punctual, welcoming, attentive, and intentional.
