She took 45 minutes to a hour to get started with my appointment prioritizing the people who came in after me. Then started washing my hair, then forc...ing me to detangle my own hair. And then after two hours of me waiting, she said that she couldn’t do my hair and said that it was tangled when she could’ve told me that prior instead of making me wait instead of her gossiping about her clients so three hours of my time was wasted Show more

I asked for no middle part and that I wanted it to cover my head, but not only that she gave me a middle part regardless, it wasn’t even in the middle... of my head???. And I booked a $65 appointment, and when I got there she told me $85 and we both agreed, but when we finished she told me $130??? And she didn’t tell me that until the end of the appointment. Brought my daughter in to get box braids. Waited an hour pasts my appointment time to be seen and then another 5 hours to be finished. Disorganized an...d distracted. Took in multiple walk ins even tho they couldn’t even keep up with the people already in their chairs. Then all employees left for like a half hour and went into a back room without a word to anyone. There were 3 different people working on my daughter’s hair at different times because it was just chaos and they couldn’t get it together. Show more

My appointment was @2pm, but didn’t get in the chair until 4pm. Not only that once in the seat, I was then told that she was unable to do the sew-in t...hat I booked for because she was unsure of how to install the frontal closure. Which I called her about before purchasing. Then told me let’s see if we can find an outside source that would be able to do the job after waiting in her shop over 4 hours total I was appalled. I am going to suggest that anyone that reads this review only go to this shop if you are wanting dreads done or the hair braided. Show more
