I have had so many starter loc journeys end in failure because of stylist who claimed they knew what they were doing, but didn’t really. When I reache...d out to Chanelle, I explained what I wanted and how I wanted to achieve the look. She explained some of the possible issues, and we set an appointment for a consultation. Upon her arrival, she told me that the hair I had was not suitable for what I wanted done. She could’ve easily made her money and went on about her business. Instead we talked about what I wanted to achieve and she showed me five different options that she could do for me. I greatly appreciate how informative she was, patient (as I explained all the false starts), and that she cares for ME and my hair. New stylist #SECURED!
