Greter has a beautiful space and is a really nice person. I have had 3 appointments (1 cancelled within policies as I had out of town training to atte...nd, so two technically) with her and she’s genuinely a really nice person! I won’t be coming back due to issues such as Greter being late 10 minutes or more for both appointments. I arrive at least 5-10 minutes early to get the anesthesia going for the session as that adds time and I know we all have a schedule to follow. The other issue I have is Greter answers all phone calls that come through, it shouldn’t be an issue to me as she does not have a receptionist but that takes time and focus away from my session (I would also like to make note, that before the anesthesia application, I mentioned to her about a dissatisfaction with the two different eyebrow lengths at the tail end, she said it’s probably because I sleep on one side more than the other, which made sense at the time BUT she still marked the longer length on my left eyebrow and the right eyebrow didn’t even have the effort). My other issue is, Greter left my session, it had not been more than 10 minutes getting started on my left eyebrow and she left to attend, whom I assume were other clients of hers. They even stated if they caught her at a bad time and she said “it’s fine” (conversation was in Spanish). It takes me 35-40 minutes to get to her location. I arrived at 10:47 AM, began anesthesia at 11:12 AM. I didn’t leave until after 1PM. I still had to go back to work after the visit. Her work is great, her prices are amazing, the beauty space is gorgeous, however, I refuse to be attended in such a manner. Keep in mind, the deposit requested is non refundable, so if you chose to cancel or reschedule you don’t get that back. Show more

Hello Perla, thank you for your review, it is really important for us in this way we can make our service better every day. The time of the appointment was 11am, I always ask my clients not to go ahead because this is a time they will have to wait, I arrived at both appointments a little later because my assistant is in charge of receiving them, placing the anesthesia, etc. Usually in my appointments I am completely dedicated to my clients, and I try to offer them the best experience ... our studio is always quite busy and there are clients who can come suddenly and it was an urgent situation because she just had a Very poorly done job, other artist tattooed her eyebrows one very different from the other, sorry I was empathetic with the situation and explained where she could go to have it removed urgently. In micropigmentation we always explain to our clients that healing also depends on external factors, aftercare, lifestyle etc and this can influence, the skin is an organ and can heal in an indistinct way.....in case of need some detail I always make the appointment and at no cost. The deposits of our clients, although our policies say non-refundable, we are totally empathetic with situations that may arise from our clients... I think we are human beings and we can be flexible. Thank you for choosing us...we are a small business that grows thanks to your contributions.

Thank you very much for your opinion and for being our client, we are sorry that you had to wait a little longer than expected, we usually place the anesthesia for a period of 30 minutes, we have a waiting policy of 15 extra minutes for each appointment and the previous client arrived with these 15 minutes of delay that together with the 30 minutes of waiting for the anesthesia made those 45 minutes.
