Read some bad reviews but decided to give Canyon Lake Adventures a chance . I have to say that Zack far exceeded my expectations. He was awesome and t...he 22" pontoon came equipped with large mat and the tube with rope. My advice is don't miss out on a great deal because of someone elses bad experience, give them a try I'm sure you will be very happy with their services.Five stars for awesome low prices and great service, well desererved ! We rented a specific boat that said it was great for wakeboarding and tubing. When we got there they told us the boat we had rented had been out of co...mmission for over a year (we booked the boat one month ago) and gave us an older crappier boat. The boat they gave us couldn't even wakeboard and the tube they gave us ripped within the first minute without anyone even on it. Through all this we were still charged full price and no apologies were made. I had even called and confirmed before we got there for the specific boat and that it included a wakeboard and tube, which they said were included and the boat was available, but that was a total lie and complete false advertising. The owner mentioned they haven't updated their website in 2 years so good luck with what you rent. It'll probably be a worse, smaller, slower version of what you paid for. I would not recommend this shop. Show more

Check in/out was great and easy and staff was friendly. But the boat was in horrible shape. Mold on the seats, seats where not bolted into the boat, ...speakers didnt work, the slide was a slide from a back yard swing set, the adults didnt fit on it and the top deck of the boat was in horrible and i mean horrible shape. We had 1 adult and 1 child on the top and it was moving back and forth about to snap. We didnt want to stand under the deck when anyone was on it because it looked like it was going to break. The railing on the top was not bolted in so you couldnt hold on to it and the poles under neath that were holding it up looked like they were about to collapse. We unfortunately couldnt use the top deck except for one child at a time to jump off (quickly!) And well the only reason we got that boat was for the slide and top deck. Was a bummer for sure. Other than that we had a blast out on the water! Show more

This is our 3rd time renting a ontoon boat woth Canyon Lake Adventures. Just as the last it was a great experience. The friendly and welcoming crew ha...d the boat ready and gased up for us so as soon as we had payment and paperwork completed we were on the road to the boat ramp. Before our trip they even reached out to make sure we had the best boat available for our needs. Thery made sure we were comfortable with the lake and the boat before setting off. Our party of 10 had a great time chillin on the pad and tubing! We will definitely rent from CLA again in the future! Show more

The double decker pontoon we rented was really old. The boat took on a little water in the rear. No radio. Would pull a tube but oh so slow. The boat ...had trouble going in gear and turning off. Seats were ripped and stained. Disappointed. Show more

We were picked OVER an HOUR LATE for our 2pm reservation. Almost ALL the seats on the boat were TORN. Once we arrived to our swimming spot, we had to... figure out how to keep the door hatch open on the 2nd deck because it kept closing on kids and adults. Our driver didn't help with this matter. He dropped us off BEFORE our 4 hour appointment was finished. Overall, I will NEVER recommend this company to any family OR friends. You won't get what you pay for. I paid $914 for 2 hours of fun. A positive thing about canyon lake adventures is that they can fit you in last minute. We rented a 22’ pontoon boat for Memorial Day the day before. T...he experience started off, the communication and service was great initially. We were sent details to get the boat from one of their boat ramps so we did that but as soon as we got on the boat my group and I were disappointed in the quality of the boat. There were pieces of the boat broken off, it was overall very dirty. The floor was dirty, the seats, everything. We got past this and continued our experience then the boat started shutting off. We would try to start it back up and it would sputter and take 3-5 times to try to turn it on. At one point, it wouldn’t turn on at all so we had to call and cut our experience short. We did receive a refund for the missed time but overall, it was not a great experience. My group and I have rented pontoon boats from other companies that were in much better shape so we’ll stick to that next time. Show more
