I wanted to treat myself to a spa treatment for my birthday. With it being my first time, I didn’t know what to expect so booked the cheapest package ...to try it out. So glad I came today. Susan was absolutely amazing ☺️ She’s very informative with her recommendations with aftercare along with even adding in a complimentary treatment to help with my shoulders. I also really enjoyed the natural treatments used in the spa. Thank you Susan for a wonderful experience and looking forward to next time ☺️

I arrived early - as directed - for my 11am appointment, but no one ever showed up. I wrote a note and left at 11:15. It was a 70-mile round trip for ...me. I’m disappointed.

Our apologies for the miscommunication; we never ask clients to arrive early for their appointments. You were greeted at exactly 11:12 for your Saturday appointment but you had already decided to leave. We do accept responsibility for running a little behind schedule, and not having someone at the front desk when you arrived. Had you not been so upset and stayed for your appointment, you would have been given a complimentary upgrade for the slight delay. Our spa environment is a friendly, relaxed environment with a desire to please our clients. We are so sorry to have disappointed you. You are welcome to reschedule and give us another try.
