It lasted less than 10 minutes and we left. This is just a summary , to not get into too much detail. The treatment since we arrived was not the best.... I understand that as human beings situations happen and we fall behind on our schedule clients but it is not the responsibility of the client who arrived on time and made an appointment. If there is a delay everything is late, which is understandable, if they are late everything has to be move to a later time so to accommodate the delay and also the client’s need/ expectations. I made an appointment a month in advance for a pedi spa date with my friend so that we would both be together side by side for the appt, I even made a note when booking about this fact. We arrived and they didn't even say a good afternoon or welcome. The first thing they said was that they were late which is fine. We said that we could wait to do the service together or if we could sit next to each other while they started with one maybe a few minutes earlier than the other. Which they do all the time in nails salons both in PR and US. It was just a no and this is what it is and that's it in a very rude , I don’t care kind of attitude. We tried being accommodating but the whole vibe was just off. The pedi area didn’t seem to be prepare for the service and they were telling us to take a seat on the mani area, it was just confusing. We looked like deers in headlights. We ended up canceling, leaving and thank God finding an amazing place somewhere else. We are posting this because I believe we can learn and grow from our mistakes. Show more

Hello Paola, we did say hi when you guys arrived then , we told you that we were running a little bit late and that one of you had to start the pedicure first. It’s Christmas, which is why normally us salons have delays. We are sorry that we couldn’t meet your expectations. We asked you to sit on the manicure station Because prior To The pedicure we prep toe nails in dry. I understand that both wanted pedicures at the same me time but one of us was delayed. The other one was available to stat but after she had more clients. Im glad you guys find a place that meet your needs and expectations.
