Not happy with the service today. My sons hair has never looked like this after a wash, clean parts and retwist. I request for it to be done again cor...rectly or refund please and thank you, this is unacceptable! UPDATE expressed my concerns she handled it very respectfully and professionally and also educated me on the process and what his hair is doing for the outcome and I appreciate it because I am learning too! My hair looks like its a week old and i just got it done today. I paid 105 for nothing. My daughters told me it looks old. Rule of thumb stick to who ...you know.
