Let’s clear this up since the barber wanted to get slick in the comments. First off, bringing up “no call no shows” from the past is weird. That has ...nothing to do with THIS appointment. I booked for 2 PM, drove 30 minutes across town, and pulled up on time just for him to not even be at the shop. No call, no text, no heads up. I had to reach out just to find out he wasn’t even there. Then instead of apologizing like a professional, he jumps in the comments laughing and bringing up old stuff trying to flip the story. That alone tells you everything about the professionalism. What makes it even crazier is he’s not even my main barber… he’s literally my second barber. So imagine acting like this with customers when you’re not even their first choice. If you’re running a business, the bare minimum is communication and respect for people’s time. Bringing up the past just to avoid saying “my bad” is childish. Don’t worry though I’ll stick with barbers who actually show up to their appointments. But hey… I can’t even lie, I loved his work though. That’s why he was my backup barber in the first place. Just wish the professionalism matched the haircut lol also this is communication from this grown man still don’t take an accountability just sit here and blame others, but he’s a barber. Don’t waste your time

You really got me messed up. You no-call no-showed, then had the nerve to act like it was weird when I called you out on it. Not once did you offer to pay me or even apologize—nothing. So don’t ever get it twisted like I owe you something, because I don’t owe you a damn thing. This is my business, and you damn sure don’t get to tell me how to run it. Stop playing with me. We done here. Good luck finding another barber.

I ain’t never been so irritated I booked an appointment with B Yesterday afternoon He accepted the appointment okay cool I get no call no text he foll...ows me on instagram as well but I drive all the way to Antioch from hermitage Tennessee 30 min drive just to go into the barbershop sit and wait I had to reach out to B after 2:00 pm just for him to tell me he isn’t there and he try to call but didn’t get a answer the appointment time was at 2pm so the whole day I don’t get a text until I reached out to him and basically tells me I have to drive to him that’s another 36 min drive but as a customer I don’t get a apology or even a option just catch him tomorrow but I booked you for today because I needed a chop it’s my only off day so thank you for wasting my time my energy and I would love to stay but after how u was treated I won’t be back here after how I was treated
