I felt really awful and embarrassed not telling Nat this sadly but I really wasn’t too impressed by this recent hair cut. It didn’t look exactly as th...e photo that I showed her which you told me she had memorized. Normally she does a phenomenal job. There has been one other time she also didn’t do a good job but for a different reason. But either way that’s the reason for the four stars. The atmosphere and conversation flow is always happy which I like. Always is clean there. But yeah just the hair style wasn’t up to par. I also am uploading both my photo and the style I wanted in case anyone is curious about what I am referring to. Show more

I’m sorry to hear that you’re not fully satisfied. Although you expressed at the service excitement and love for the cut, so I left happy thinking you felt good about it. I do wish you had mentioned your concerns while still in the chair so we could have addressed them together in real time. Through out the cut I reference the photo I took of your inspo on my phone and I also did explain that your hair texture and natural growth pattern differ from the reference photo, but I did my best to adapt the cut to suit your hair while aiming to achieve a similar look. Unfortunately, due to those natural differences, it wasn’t possible to replicate the photo exactly. If you’re reading this as a possible new client, I do consultations expressing possible hair concerns when replicating others hairstyle wether it is a cartoon photo or real person explaining we will have to adjust style to your hair texture and head shape. Please don’t be shy to express your desired hairstyles, I cut hair to achieve your full confidence 😊
