I have been doing businees with Kay for a while now. He is an excellent barber but his attitude sucks. The last 2 times I have scheduled with him, he ...has waited until the last minute to reschedule my appointment on his time. Last time I went to the shop because he rescheduled for a time that had already passed. When I got to the shop, I wasnt upset, I just wanted to make sure we got the time right. He told me I never had an appointment at that time even after I showed him my emails. Long story short even after he was so rude, I stuck with him because he was that good. Fast forward 1 week later, I booked my appointment 2 days in advance avd even spoke with him yesterday. Today, hours before my appointment he rescheduled me for tomorrow. I called him to see if we could come in today but sooner than the appointment time and he was rude and said no that he had other things going on. I let him know this was the 2nd time he had done that to me and that I had to a funeral to go to out of town tomorrow and he was still rude. He even told me I could just find another barber and that I didn't have to book with him. I sure will! Show more
