Disappointed that I didn’t get to receive my service. I had a confirmed appointment and after waiting at the shop for 45 minutes I was finally able to... hear that the stylist was not able to make it. Somebody offered to complete to do it for double the price in an hour, but I felt like my time had been wasted enough and didn’t want to be charge for it.
