My most recent visit to Jacob's practice was specifically to address 2 new pains: one below my left shoulder blade and the other where apparently I st...rained my right elbow, as if i had worked out too much or with a too heavy weight (not likely!) Jacob took care of both with firm action and had plenty of time and attention for the rest of me. He is in a new location since the last time i saw him -- only about a block away. It's a little tricky to find his suite "400J". The 300's and 400's are in the part of the building to the right of the central drive. Three hundred on the second floor and four hundred on the third floor. You park on the street. Take the elevator. Show more
