Poly Red-Light

This was my first use of the red light therapy. During a tour a month ago I was given the impression that the red light therapy sessions were oversee...n by an employee. However, my experience was not quite what I expected. The employee who helped had me sign a waiver; but admittedly had never read it. When she took me to the room, she was going to start me with a 15 minute session; when the waiver clearly said only a few minutes (the first time). If I wouldn't have said anything she wouldn't have known. Additionally, how can the customer lay down, place the lights within 6 inches AND press start on the machine that isn't facing the customer when laying down. This definitely feels like a miss. :( Show more
