Thank you for bringing my website issue to my attention as I truly was not aware of this. On my website the option, “Haircut for 2” has been $90.00 since January 2024. To the left of this under "description of service” it did say 63.00, you’re correct about that. When I raised prices I obviously failed to delete that part of the service description. As soon as you brought this to my attention I immediately went online and took care of it and apologized for any confusion. You were never charged $90.00 because you never booked the appointment. In the past year you are the only client that has come to me with this issue. And I’m glad you did because it allowed me to fix it online. As for begging for a tip, I thought we were joking around but I realize that was a mistake on my part. I offered you my sincere apologies which you accepted and I thought it had been resolved until I saw your review. I don’t discuss my clients finances as I am neither their banker or accountant nor am I aware of every detail of their financial life.
