This facility is beautiful, clean, and feels calming the minute you walk in. I’ve had two massages with Brooke over the past couple of months, and bo...th were fantastic. From the very beginning, she took the time to listen to what I was looking for and made sure to focus on the areas I mentioned. What I really appreciated was how thorough she was—she not only worked on the spots I knew were sore, but also found tension in areas I didn’t even realize needed attention. I left each session feeling soooo relaxed. Brooke has a professional yet warm approach that makes you feel comfortable right away. She really knows what she’s doing, and it shows in how effective her massages are. I would highly recommend Body Balance to anyone looking for a great place to unwind and take care of themselves.
