OMG!!! Today I had the best experience with Nancy! When I arrived, she greeted me with her cheerful spirit as always and got started shortly after arr...iving! She detangled, shampooed/condition, and blow dried my hair. Then she did the BEST ever silk press!!! She was professional and very knowledgeable about hair care!! The atmosphere was very welcoming (soft music playing) and she even offered me light refreshments!!!! Nancy is great at what she does. If she were a doctor, I'd say she has great bedside manners. Since she isn't, I'll say she makes you feel comfort...able and relaxed. She is pleasant in personality and her priority is ehancing your knowledge of your hair and keeping your natural hair healthy and strong. I’ve been going to the same hairdresser since the year I moved in the area and was worried to change, but I wish I had ...done it sooner, because my only regret is to not coming sooner. Nancy is very kind, positive, and knowledgeable! I was nervous that my seborrheic dermatitis would be a total no, but she cleaned my scalp really well (better than I could do) and got my hair ready for braids.
